Search and Assessment
We search our network and conduct direct outreach to identify candidates who fit both the technical requirements and the culture of your business.
Every candidate is interviewed and assessed by us before being presented to you.

Shortlist and Briefing
You receive a focused shortlist typically two to four candidates with a written briefing on each one covering their background, our assessment, and why we believe they are right for your role.

Offer and Placement
We manage the offer process, support both sides through notice periods, and remain available after placement to ensure the hire lands well.
We do not disappear after the invoice is raised.
